Cathy has nearly 20 years clinical practice experience working as a private practitioner and across a range of government and nongovernment settings, including mental health (both adult and adolescent), sexual assault and child protection. Cathy sees clients across the developmental spectrum and most clinical disorders.  Cathy is trained in, and uses, evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.  Cathy is committed to working with clients at their pace, to increase and enhance coping and functioning in life.

Roslyn Seselja

Dietitian

Roslyn Seselja APD AN is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist, providing expert advice on the nutritional management of pre-diabetes and diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease, weight issues, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerances, allergies, PCOS and vitamin deficiencies. As a mum, Roslyn has a special interest in paediatric, adolescent and women’s health and nutrition, particularly the pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding stages and assisting parents deal with fussy eaters.  Roslyn is able to help clients understand the link between their medical condition and what they eat, and provide practical tips on managing medical conditions while still enjoying delicious foods. 

Roslyn is available on Monday’s for Dietitian appointments. She accepts Chronic Health Management Plan referrals and general referrals from all GP’s.
